Prior to founding Anvil, Elbring worked as CEO and CTO of a startup security software development firm, President of a boutique, regional security consulting firm, an independent technology and security consultant, Director of Software Development of a mobile, biometric firm and most recently as Senior Vice President of Research and Delivery at IOActive, Inc.
Elbring brings deep experience with security architecture, information security program creation and management, security strategy, enterprise security, security product assessment and security research management. He has worked with industry leaders in vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, responsible disclosure and secure development and development management. He works closely with security management team member ranging from the CISO to penetration tester in creating and operating security programs for hardware, software and systems.
Kim has over 20 years of experience in the security and general technology industry. In her career she has worked in a number of technology focused firms in ever increasing roles of responsibility. She started out working in ISPs building out data centers, pivoted to designing infrastructure for high traffic web applications, has created security compliance programs, and provided customer support for product and service projects from small boutique to large enterprise.
Kim’s specialty is to nurture and support small organizations experiencing rapid growth through formalization and maturity in process and procedure designed and modeled to ensure growth and success from a small firm to a medium-sized business. Kim does this by working to create a common language that helps drive multiple teams to agree on solutions for contentious issues. Her leadership and experience create a supportive environment that enables a collaborative cross-departmental success plan.

Berg is a highly respected information security professional who has worked both as an independent consultant and as a Director of Services for one of the leading research driven information security firms.
The main focus of Berg's work is providing technical security reviews on virtualization and cloud infrastructures, Operating System technologies (defensive and offensive) and application security. Berg has also worked on projects in the ICS/SCADA space regarding electrical grid solutions as well as medical devices, infrastructure and smart card technology.
